So crank should be the adrenaline rush that I mentioned in the previous post but comparing the two movies, I would pick Transporter 2 hands down. Even though the whole idea of Crank was for just blatent action, violence, and sex... Transporter had that better.

Jason Statham again plays Chev Chelios, a hitman that is dying from a synthetic drug that was injected in him by a local gang. To prolong his death... adrenaline. So let me describe the movie:

Crap! Injected! Run, Run, Run, Punch, Drive, Drive, Drive, Black People! Drugs, Drive, Drive, Drive, GF! Sex, Run, Run, Shoot! Swim, Shoot, Shoot, Shoot, Punch, Kick, Shoot. The End!

Crank gets a 5 out of 10.
