I just watched all three very recently and since all three flow very well together I decided to review the whole trilogy in one. The Bourne series has become increasingly popular and action has always been top notch. Car chase and fight scenes have been unbelievable. Locations are real and eye catching. Plot is gripping yet simple.

I think what makes the Bourne series so great is that it doesn't feel very cliche or cheesy. True, he takes out the equivalent of a small 3rd world army in all 3 films but the series hasn't turned into the stereotypical special agent movie such as the Bond films. He doesn't have a new love in every film, he doesn't have cool gadgets or cars, he doesn't have corny one liners, and he doesn't take out helicopters with just a gun.

A great series and if you haven't seen it, you have to. Brief synopsis is that Matt Damon plays a man who gets amnesia and finds out that he was a special agent trained to assassinate whoever the government wants dead. He failed his last mission and now he's on the chopping block. Each movie by itself probably would get an 8 but together... The Bourne Trilogy gets a 9 out of 10.
