Hellboy II

I'm not too sure why this series doesn't appeal to that many people.  Maybe because no one is interested in seeing a superhero movie that they haven't heard of the main character.  But with Guillermo del Toro at the helm, you can be guarantee that it's going to be good.  Hellboy II hit exactly those expectations.

Based off a Dark horse comic, Hellboy is a demon creature that was found during WW2.  He was raised by the US government and is part of a team called the BPRD, Bureau of Paranormal Research and Defense.  The film has a somewhat of a MIB style of action and comedy but not as cheesy.  If you're not interested though, you're not interested.  But i really liked it.

Hellboy II gets a 7 out of 10.
